General Shipping Information

Willow Brook Boutique uses the United States Postal Service (USPS), and UPS for delivery for our packages.

 

United States – 48 Contiguous States:  Shipping charges are based on your order total.

Standard delivery times are typically 3-7 days.

Most orders ship out Monday through Friday within 48-72 hours.  However, if your order is delayed due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, you will receive an email from us.

Orders placed after 12 pm CST on Fridays will not be processed until the following Monday.

Please note that when checking out, the calculated shipping time (days it takes to ship) is an estimate. This does not include processing and handling your order or any potential delays that USPS or UPS may incur.

If you pay via Pay Pal we will not ship until the payment process is out of the "pending" stage and has been verified. This can take Pay Pal 3-5 business days and is out of our control. Please keep this in mind if you are needing something for a specific date!

Once a package has been scanned as delivered, Willow Brook Boutique is no longer responsible for the package. Please contact USPS, or UPS if you are unable to locate your delivered package. We are not liable for any stolen or missing packages once the package is scanned as delivered. No exceptions to this policy. 

If the customer puts in an incorrect address and we have to ship out the package again the customer will be responsible for the extra shipping cost. To help avoid this issue, please make sure to type in the correct address! 

We are not responsible if USPS/UPS are delayed in shipping. If an item arrives late due to mail carriers, we will not be responsible if they do not meet their expected delivery date.
